Shipping costs

Shipping is free nationwide for purchases over $200,000 pesos. For purchases under $200,000 pesos, the shipping cost is $12,000 to any city in Colombia. 

Company responsible for product shipping

Orders will be shipped through different delivery companies depending on their availability. Once we ship the order, we will contact the customer to inform them that their order has been shipped and provide them with the tracking number.
Once the order is dispatched, it is the responsibility of the transportation company to meet the agreed delivery times.

Delivery time

The delivery time is 2 to 5 business days, depending on availability and inventory.

International deliveries

Praia Eyewear does not deliver outside of Colombia.

I didn't receive my order. What can I do?

If you did not receive your order within the stipulated period, please contact our Customer Service Center (info@praiaeyewear.com) or our social media. We will verify what happened with the company responsible for your shipment and contact you with a response as soon as possible.

I want to change the delivery address

To change the delivery address of your order, you can log in to your account; there you can modify it. This change will only be possible if the product has not yet been dispatched. If it has already been dispatched, this change will delay the delivery of the shipment.
